To reply to your enquiry and prepare any report you request.
To keep records of our business relationship.

We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are sent to us by our form provider, Web3Forms, and stored in our email and business systems. The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare. Our providers may store data outside Mauritius with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we don't take forward are deleted within [12 months]. Client records are kept as long as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@brandmech.com.
